Last week, under the radiant spring skies at Lake Side in Zurich, we gathered for Customer Service Vision Day 2025—and what a day it was!
From the very first coffee to the final handshake, the atmosphere buzzed with curiosity, openness, and forward-thinking energy. With breathtaking views of the lake setting the tone, the event brought together professionals from across industries to explore the future of customer service.
The day was packed with engaging presentations, breakout sessions, and panel discussions that went beyond trends and buzzwords. Together, we took a closer look at what really matters: workforce development, the role of technology in customer interactions, and how we can build service cultures that are not only efficient but also deeply human. There was a strong focus on sharing real-life experiences—from what’s working in teams today, to the challenges we still face in empowering frontline employees and scaling personalized service. It was refreshing and reassuring to see such honesty, collaboration, and willingness to learn from one another.
We at Asendio were especially excited to be part of the conversation. We had the chance to introduce our AI Learning Experience Platform—designed to support ongoing learning, skill development, and adaptability in customer-facing roles. The presentation platform of Asendio was enabled by Customer Connection GmbH. Seeing how our approach resonated with so many attendees reaffirmed our belief that AI can be a powerful enabler, not just a tool. When used thoughtfully, it has the potential to enhance—not replace—the human connection at the heart of great service.
